Information about the artist
My shapes are simple, geometric, some hermetic. At the polls and some sculptures, the play of the forms produces voids. These curves and straight lines are collected inside generating a space that we do not access but that we intuit from the outside. Causing a withdrawal inwards.
In some pieces, the right angles end in a slight curve providing serenity to the piece, with the need to look for simplicity in the shapes. In others, curved lines are linked being more generous in expression. Letting light rays into the interior causing a more complex language between internal and external space, one being the continuity of the other and vice versa.
In many of my works it is the neutral colors that leave the prominence to the forms. These forms are designed and made taking into account the materials, cooking, enamels, subjecting the matter to different processes with the control of the technique, indispensable in the world of ceramics, always measuring the final result without neglecting the process. While it is true that there is no balance without the acceptance of chance. In short, my pieces provide me with aesthetic balance, applying aesthetics to all areas of my life.

I always opt for the honest exercise of letting myself be carried away by the visual and the tactile. Because although the words accompany the world of sculpture, plastic, and design, I try not to be the ones that provide content to the object but rather to be the forms and their relationships that give meaning to the concepts. Let them speak for themselves.
